Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close IT projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project teams, including resource allocation, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and communication strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration projects.
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices in project management.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among geographically distributed team members.
- Drive lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing IT projects, with a focus on infrastructure and software implementation.
- Demonstrable experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
- Proven ability to manage projects in a fully remote setting, with strong virtual collaboration skills.
- Excellent understanding of IT systems, networks, and software development lifecycles.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
