About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software development projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
- Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and manage project budgets effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress using relevant tools and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and deployment procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting best practices in software development and project management.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing projects using these frameworks.
- Excellent technical background with the ability to understand complex software architectures and development processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the **Cardiff** technology scene is advantageous.
