About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of supply chain optimization projects, from planning and design to execution and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, warehousing, transportation) and external partners to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements and new technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance visibility across the supply chain.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing and executing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management, providing regular project updates to senior leadership.
- Track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure benefits realization.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Proven experience in successfully managing projects aimed at process improvement and cost reduction.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, APICS) are highly advantageous.
