About the Role
Our client, a cutting-edge technology consultancy specializing in blockchain implementation, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to join their remote team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. You must be adept at communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of blockchain projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and other specialists.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage client relationships and ensure their expectations are met.
- Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations.
- Stay informed about blockchain industry trends and best practices in project management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, with a significant focus on technology or software development projects.
- Demonstrable understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or DLT.
- Experience managing projects involving software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly desirable.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
