About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a strong background in engineering to lead complex, innovative projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of challenging engineering projects.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate and collaborate with diverse engineering disciplines, R&D, and manufacturing teams.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on engineering projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical and engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
- Experience managing remote or distributed project teams.
