Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timelines, and resource allocation for complex projects.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive strategies to maintain project momentum and quality.
- Oversee project execution, monitoring progress against milestones, and reporting key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices, driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated project management role, with a strong understanding of various project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
