About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Blockchain Project Manager to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various blockchain and cryptocurrency projects. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and exceptional project management skills to guide teams through the complexities of decentralized technology development. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, fostering effective communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams within the dynamic crypto and blockchain industry .
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize blockchain projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring smooth project progression.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in project management, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency sector.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and related concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
