About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of innovative projects within the Crypto & Blockchain space in Oxford . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a solid grasp of blockchain technology principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all project milestones and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , preferably in the technology or software development sector.
- Demonstrable experience managing projects related to blockchain technology or cryptocurrencies .
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working on-site in Oxford and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
