About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical energy infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale energy infrastructure projects .
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant focus on the energy sector (e.g., power generation, transmission, renewables).
- Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation through to successful completion.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) and tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences in a virtual environment .
