About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively within a remote work context.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among distributed project teams, IT, and business units.
- Oversee the implementation of new digital tools, processes, and systems, driving user adoption and engagement.
- Conduct regular project reviews, reporting on progress, challenges, and key learnings to leadership.
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on digital transformation or technology-driven projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Waterfall where applicable.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
