About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead and deliver complex blockchain projects in a fully remote setting. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure. This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and timelines effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards for blockchain initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain technology projects .
- Proven experience in managing full project lifecycles, from inception to completion.
- Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
