About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead key projects in the Oxford area, with a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and closeout.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage and motivate project teams, including site staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager with successful project delivery.
