Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in project management , with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for remote collaboration.
- Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Zoom).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
