Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of architectural projects, from inception and feasibility to completion and handover.
Develop project plans, scopes of work, and detailed schedules.
Oversee and coordinate project teams, including architects, consultants, and contractors.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial control.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.

Requirements

Professional qualification in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent project management experience.
Proven experience in managing architectural projects of varying scale and complexity.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and contract administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
