About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager to drive key initiatives in the rapidly growing Renewable Energy sector in Brighton . This role is instrumental in managing the development and deployment of new renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies through to operational handover. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and regulatory bodies, to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of renewable energy projects, such as solar or wind farms.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage risks and issues, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and local authorities.
- Monitor project progress, reporting on key milestones and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects from conception through to completion.
- Good understanding of renewable energy technologies and project development lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
