About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Aviation Project Manager to oversee key projects within their expanding operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of aviation-related initiatives, from initial planning through to execution and completion. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines to achieve strategic objectives. This position operates on a hybrid model , offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, located in the vibrant city of Birmingham .
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management .
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant aviation regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager , preferably within the aviation or aerospace sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with aviation operations and regulatory frameworks.
