About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects in the heart of London . You will be instrumental in driving projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects , including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control and health and safety protocols on all project sites.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure project objectives are being met and to address any challenges promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and relevant UK regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
