About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design through to completion and handover.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial control.
- Oversee site operations, coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, health and safety legislation, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry .
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction project management software.
- A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
