Key Responsibilities

- Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements
- Proven track record of 5+ years managing complex projects, preferably in a remote-first environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate remote teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
