About the Role
Our client requires a skilled Agile Project Manager to join their innovative team remotely, supporting projects based in Cardiff . Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Manage project backlogs, ensuring they are well-defined, prioritised, and actionable.
- Track project progress, identify impediments, and work to resolve them swiftly.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between development teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely delivery of software increments that meet business requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are a plus.
