About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from concept through to completion in their Southampton office. This role requires a blend of technical architectural knowledge and strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring all design and construction aspects meet regulatory requirements and client expectations. This is a key position for an individual passionate about delivering successful architectural outcomes in the Hampshire region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial client brief to final handover.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, planning policies, and health and safety legislation.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any project-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Architecture or a related construction discipline.
- Proven experience in project management within an architectural or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in project management software and standard architectural design tools.
