About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Architectural Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting projects remotely. This role requires a blend of technical architectural knowledge and strong project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of designs from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, design teams, and contractors, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from initial brief and concept development through to construction and handover.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure design quality and compliance with all relevant building codes, planning regulations, and client requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with significant project management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the UK construction industry, building regulations, and planning processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD , Revit ).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote working environment.
