About the Role
Our client is searching for a results-driven Senior Project Manager to spearhead important projects from their base in Brighton . This role is key to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives, meeting all predefined objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing resources, and fostering effective collaboration within a dynamic business environment in East Sussex . Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges in Brighton .
- Proactively identify, assess, and implement mitigation strategies for project risks and issues.
- Monitor project performance, conducting regular reviews and preparing detailed status reports for senior management and relevant parties.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated Project Management role, with a proven history of delivering successful projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
