About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead a major commercial development in Manchester . Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, consultants, and contractors.

- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management within the construction industry, with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing large, complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations in the UK .
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
