About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to drive critical projects within their expanding business based in Cardiff . This role is crucial for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of diverse projects, aligning with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations across Wales. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing risks, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards, contributing to the company's ongoing success and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management , with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience with project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile and PRINCE2.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
