About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of diverse projects within the crypto and blockchain sector, based in their Norwich office. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing blockchain-related initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by blockchain technology. You will play a vital role in guiding teams and stakeholders through complex project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize blockchain projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones, issues, and risks.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in all blockchain development phases.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a significant track record of managing blockchain or technology projects.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies , and distributed ledger systems.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
