About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to lead a significant business systems modernization project in Norwich . This role will involve managing the upgrade and integration of key business applications, aiming to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience across the organization. You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a seamless transition and successful implementation of new systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise systems, excellent planning and execution skills, and the ability to manage change effectively within a hybrid work environment, contributing to the technological advancement and operational effectiveness of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects focused on business systems modernization.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with technical teams and business units to ensure effective system integration and user adoption.
- Oversee vendor management and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager , with a focus on business systems modernization or ERP/CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of various enterprise software systems and their integration.
- Experience managing projects involving upgrades, migrations, or replacements of core business applications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
