About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management of civil engineering projects from inception to handover.

- Manage contracts, procurement, and relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Oversee site operations and coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
- Maintain strong communication channels with clients, regulatory bodies, and all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets exceeding £X million.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience in risk management and contract administration.
