About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Agile Project Manager to drive key initiatives within their innovative technology division in Brighton . You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the agile development process, ensuring efficient delivery of software products and enhancements. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and iterative development methodologies. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and user expectations, making a significant contribution to the agile transformation of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources using Agile methodologies.
- Remove impediments and blockers for the development team to ensure smooth progress.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, promoting Agile values.
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
- Proven experience in managing software development projects using Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills in Brighton .
