Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations , and vendor management.
- Implement robust risk management strategies and contingency planning.
- Regularly report on project progress, budget, and potential issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and quality control standards on site.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
