About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of complex projects within the Crypto & Blockchain domain. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a keen insight into the unique challenges and opportunities presented by blockchain technology. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working from our Plymouth office, you will foster collaboration among diverse teams in a hybrid work environment, driving impactful blockchain initiatives forward and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project execution, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
- Oversee the successful deployment and integration of blockchain solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of managing technology projects, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts related to blockchain technology.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
