About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating with geographically dispersed teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations, all while working from your home office. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple catering projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resources, timelines, and key milestones, utilising project management software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders through various remote channels to ensure alignment and address concerns promptly.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all projects adhere to the company's quality standards, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager , preferably within the catering, hospitality, or event management sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and projects using digital collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of catering operations, food safety, and event planning principles.
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is essential.
