About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a range of residential development projects in and around Bradford . This role is crucial for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of building projects, from site acquisition through to final handover. You will manage budgets, timelines, site operations, and stakeholder relations, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects , including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- Monitor project progress against the plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for review.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management , specifically within residential development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple construction sites and complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety legislation, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and standard office applications.
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
