About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects from conception through to completion in Wolverhampton . You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to navigate the intricate landscape of pharmaceutical development, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for pharmaceutical development projects.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams comprising R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and marketing.
Manage project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
Ensure all project activities adhere to cGMP , regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific, technical, or business-related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
Strong understanding of drug development processes, regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing .
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, ideally with experience in hybrid or agile project methodologies in Wolverhampton .
