About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead critical projects within their dynamic organization based in Wolverhampton . This role is central to driving the successful execution of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and commercialization initiatives from inception to completion. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects meet strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Operating in a hybrid model, you will balance essential on-site strategic planning and team leadership with remote oversight and coordination, ensuring seamless project delivery and robust communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex pharmaceutical projects, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant GMP regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and final reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or business-related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex pharmaceutical development projects.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
