Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing appropriate mitigation plans.
- Monitor project performance, track key milestones, and provide regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in all project activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in project management roles, with a strong portfolio of successful project deliveries.
- Relevant degree in a business, technical, or management discipline.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP) are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resource allocation effectively for complex projects .
