About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Project Manager to manage the successful implementation of their cutting-edge SaaS solutions for clients across the globe. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with sales, customer success, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring timely delivery, user adoption, and overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for SaaS projects, from client onboarding to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, building strong relationships.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and success criteria.
- Coordinate internal resources (technical support, sales, customer success) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct project status meetings, provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Project Manager , preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing client-facing implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, and software implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
