Pay Range: $70.00/hour, w2
What's the Job?
- Support strategic AI-enabled Communications Surveillance initiatives within the Communications Surveillance Group.
- Drive day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring project milestones are met on schedule.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and governance documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Compliance, Technology, Data Science, Operations, Risk, and Control teams.
- Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project health and progress.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Project Management, or related fields.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to drive accountability and follow through on commitments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
