We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Project Manager to join our IT and Change Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic IT and business change initiatives across Winn Group.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will lead multiple projects from inception through to successful delivery, helping to drive innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
This role is Full Time based on 35 hours per week. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT and Change projects across the Winn Group, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Create, maintain and execute detailed project plans, monitoring progress against key milestones.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the IT and Change Department to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, costs and billing requirements.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of execution.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, implementing appropriate contingency plans where required.
- Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project implementations, including occasional out-of-hours work where necessary.

- Competitive Salary : Up to £40,000 depending on experience
