About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent project delivery standards.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
- Develop and implement robust project management frameworks, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including executive leadership, ensuring clear communication and proactive engagement on project status and risks.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-impact project challenges.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager , with demonstrated progression to a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and project teams.
- Strong expertise in various project management methodologies, with a focus on Agile and Waterfall hybrid approaches.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in budget management and resource optimization for large-scale projects.
- Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification is essential.
