Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resources, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols on all project sites.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing regular project updates.
- Manage procurement, contract administration, and financial control for all project activities.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles, contract law, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- SMSTS or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
