Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end project management commissions for defence infrastructure projects. You will work within Turner & Townsend’s London Defence team to deliver time, cost, and quality targets across a range of programmes. You will apply NEC-based contract knowledge and coordinate multiple stakeholders to support client objectives and sustainable transitions. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management commissions and ensure delivery against time, cost, and quality targets
- Provide support on major commissions, taking responsibility for specific service delivery elements
- Ensure client objectives are met and projects align with NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract frameworks
- Support clients in transitioning to Net Zero and broader sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within NEC contract structures
- Maintain awareness of CDM/site health and safety requirements as they pertain to NEC contracts
Key requirements - Minimum 5 years’ experience with NEC contracts
- Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within NEC contracts
- Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety related to NEC contracts
- Degree qualified in an infrastructure or construction related subject
- Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS preferred
