Overview In this role you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of water sector projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Stantec’s PM framework. You will build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams, and proactively manage risks, budgets, schedules and resources. You’ll report progress to diverse audiences and contribute to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high quality. This role offers hybrid working from London, Reading or High Wycombe and supports growth in the UK water sector.

Responsibilities - Lead planning, execution and delivery of water sector projects
- Ensure projects meet client expectations and PM framework
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks early and address issues proactively
- Manage budgets, schedules and resources; deliver on financial and operational targets
- Prepare and present updates and documentation to internal and external audiences
Key requirements - Experience in the Water industry
- Prior project management experience
- Industry recognised PM qualification (APM PMQ or similar)
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and build stakeholder relationships
- Track record in proactive risk management and mitigation
