Responsibilities - Oversees and manages projects, including high-complexity initiatives
- Acts as main point of contact with clients and agencies for requirements and approvals
- Supervises engineers and designers, setting priorities, budgets, and schedules
- Manages project deliverables and schedule across phases
- Provides leadership for civil infrastructure projects and maintains client relationships while pursuing new opportunities
- Develops project scope, budgets, and design approaches; supports proposals, client interviews, and contract negotiations
Key requirements - Demonstrated project management/technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects
- Understanding of client expectations, budgeting, and producing high-quality deliverables
- Knowledge of design and construction codes and civil engineering concepts
- Ability to lead teams through all project phases and communicate effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering; Professional Engineer or CET in Ontario; minimum 15 years PM experience in municipal conveyance design
