Responsibilities - Lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate advisors and clients across infrastructure lifecycles
- Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts in project delivery or representative roles
- Set and maintain high achievement standards, managing performance and resources
- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing; apply CDM practices across teams
- Anticipate client challenges and devise sustainable solutions aligned with stakeholder needs
- Foster inclusive teamwork and build long-term client and partner relationships
- Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues to grow best practices and potential
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve program goals
Key requirements - Extensive experience managing infrastructure projects and programmes across multiple sectors
- Proven success challenging status quo and setting strategy
- Significant NEC3/NEC4 contract administration experience in a PM role or recent equivalent
- Strong leadership and performance management capabilities
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and CDM requirements across teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and deliver practical solutions
- Proven ability to cultivate client and stakeholder relationships and act as trusted advisor
