Overview As a Project Manager for Regulatory Reporting, you lead end-to-end implementation of risk software at client sites, ensuring timely delivery within a regulatory-change context. You work across functions to align development, presales, and deployment, shaping projects from start to finish. Responsibilities - Manage solution development and implementation projects from initiation to closure
- Create and manage end-to-end project plans for each engagement
- Set and follow Agile methodology, acting as Scrum Master
- Oversee project teams and assign tasks per the project schedule
- Identify, track, and escalate issues and risks with mitigation suggestions
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Run effective project meetings and ensure timely communication
- Collaborate across departments and with presales to own project delivery
Key requirements - 3 years commercial experience in implementation, consultancy, or project management
- Knowledge of at least one major financial reporting regulation or related banking/financial sector processes
- Agile experience; Scrum Master is required, PMP preferred
- Software development understanding and knowledge of the application development lifecycle
