Responsibilities - Oversee multiple NIHE and Education Authority projects to ensure safe, timely, and compliant delivery
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers; manage work schedules and progress
- Review RAMS and ensure compliance with housing-sector standards
- Manage budgets and variations; monitor costs and financials
- Conduct site inspections; resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Maintain high workmanship and quality; drive productivity across sites
- Foster strong relationships with tenants, site teams and client representatives
- Support delivery of multi-site maintenance and refurbishment programmes across Northern Ireland
Key requirements - Proven experience in social housing project delivery, maintenance management or refurbishment
- Experience with NIHE contracts or Education Authority frameworks is highly advantageous
- Strong contractor management, excellent communication, and solid health & safety understanding
- Comfort reviewing RAMS; coordinating multi-site workloads; managing budgets
