Overview In this role you lead complex deployment projects for Amazon Logistics in the UK/IE, spanning automation, MHE layouts, and retrofit builds. You own programs from concept to handover, balancing resources, capex, and timelines while aligning with cross-functional partners. You drive standardization and innovation to scale delivery station deployments across the AMZL network. This is a hands-on, customer-obsessed leadership role with a focus on impactful, end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities - Manage highly complex deployment projects in UK/IE AMZL delivery stations
- Own a program or portfolio of launches/retrofits across technology types (Automation, MHE, building improvements)
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept and budgeting to project handover
- Self-sufficiently manage project phases with resource, capex, and timeline constraints
- Engage senior management to present trade-offs and resolve cross-functional conflicts
- Identify inefficiencies and drive process and standard improvements at country and European levels
- Plan, monitor deployment progress on sites, and ensure smooth handover to customers
Key requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering
- Experience with automated or non-automated material handling equipment
- Strong technical background relevant to AMZL deployment projects
