Overview Join Quant Capital as a Junior Software Project Manager in a high-profile fintech trading software environment. You will lead multiple financial projects, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery across cross-bank trading data initiatives focused on fixed income. You’ll drive requirement gathering, define solution behavior, and support bi-weekly releases in a fast-paced, client-facing setting. You will work closely with trading technology teams and senior stakeholders from Tier 1 banks, shaping delivery from day one.
Responsibilities - Manage several high-level financial projects
- Lead key stakeholders to meet business programme goals
- Active requirement gathering (one-to-one or workshops)
- Support software releases every two weeks
- Define and prioritize solution behavior to meet business requirements
- Design, define and propose messaging protocol formats
- Validate requirements with client BAs, development and QA teams
- Involved from Day 1 in cross-bank trading data and delivery project focused on fixed income trading
Key requirements - At least 2 years’ experience in an IT finance vendor/consultancy
- Prince2 certification
- Experience of PMO/Project Management or Business Analysis
- Solid experience of technology and Agile
- Experience in project management best practice (planning, risk/issue management, resource allocation)
- Background or understanding of trading or financial technology
