Overview As Technical Project Manager, you will lead delivery for AI platform programmes, coordinating between engineering, external build partners, and clients. You set pace, manage scope and quality, and intervene when plans drift to ensure initiatives land successfully. You translate technical detail into clear status for stakeholders and drive governance, risk, and decision-making across markets. Responsibilities - Run external build partner engagements end-to-end, setting expectations and holding partners to commitments
- Own delivery planning for the AI platform programme, including milestones, dependencies, risk, and critical path
- Translate technical detail into actionable status and trade-offs for business stakeholders
- Manage SOWs, change requests, and commercial discussions, ensuring contract scope is delivered and changes are governed
- Lead governance activities (steering committees, delivery reviews, risk registers) to keep decisions moving
- Spot problems early, frame options, and drive resolution with clear escalation
- Coordinate across OpCos and group functions to keep stakeholders informed and unblocked across markets
Key requirements - Strong technical project management experience on complex platform or software programmes
- Proven track record of managing external SI and vendor partners
- Technical literacy to read architecture diagrams and challenge estimates
- Solid commercial instincts with SOWs, change control, and vendor performance management
- Experience in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication with useful status updates and concise escalations
